This website and its owner do not automatically collect nor store visitor's personal data on servers or PCs somewhere. Andrea Molteni is the legal owner (in Italian, Titolare del trattamento dei dati personali) of the data users send us with their implicit consent (emails, private messages, ..).

Data visitors send on purpose

Users of this website can however get in touch with me and provide their personal data if they want (name, surname, email address and all information users are willing to provide); if they do so, they ought to know that we do not require any specific data (like those marked on usual contact forms), so they are free to disclose only the data they consider appropriate.
Their data will be kept on a file stored on the website owner's pc or more likely on a Google Spreadsheet online, so Google Privacy Policy applies.

Right to be deleted / diritto all'oblio

Users have the right to have their data completely erased from my PC or my spreadsheet. In order to do so, they must get in touch with me and ask for their data to be deleted. I will search the data, delete it and send a confirmation.
